And although it can be a 4th room, because the of French doors lead to the living room there is no privacy so I used it as my home office. A very cozy home. You can walk to the market: Trader Joe's, Sprouts and Ralph's and there is a Target, HD, WM and a 24hrs fitness in the same shopping complex. Utilities--the house has Solar panels: you will be responsible for paying the electricity (only $30/mn even in peak summer!).
