We are currently seeking an experienced board-certified Dermatopathologist to join our practice in West Hills, California. This key position will offer the practice of full-time Dermatopathology and will work withexperienced Dermatopathologists in a supportive, congenial atmosphere. Dermatopathologists who join our practices will be expected to contribute to our reputation of service, specialization and expertise. Moreover, they will discover a strong physician focus and an understanding of the practice of Dermatopathology. As a Dermatopathologist your key responsibilities are as such: KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and establishes measures to improve the quality of medical services provided by the practice Confers with division leaders, senior leaders, other managers and physicians to review practice operations and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions. Guides and directs practice leaders and physicians to increase effectiveness, revenue, new business and quality output. Works closely with Finance, Sales and Operations leaders to ensure practice revenues and OM are monitored and on target Efficiently manages the business to ensure that financialbudgets are met.  Ensures that financial controls are in place and there are no surprises in business performance or billing performance. Participates on leadership teams in an effort to standardize and improve operations within the Division or Company, as appropriate. Works in partnership with the Dermpath Diagnostics leadership team and multiple practices to enhance customer relationships and revenue opportunities.  Works in partnership with Human Resources for the recruitment, selection, retention and motivation of physicians and employees including training, development, and performance management. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information concerning patients, physicians, employees, clients, vendors, and the Company. EXPERIENCE:                          Pathologist with some Dermatopathology experience post fellowship.          Must be board certified AP/CP or Dermatology and Dermatopathology          Strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations          Ability to communicate with high level decision makers in the organization          Personal adaptability and ability to lead change. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
