Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients - Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information - Maintain patient records and update them as necessary - Payment processing - Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality - Manage front desk operations and ensure a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist - Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology - Proficient in using office software (e.
g.
