Applicant must be able to work fast and independently while utilizing all aspects of customer service.
Duties include, Checking out patients, answering high volume phones, scheduling appointments, collecting Copays/ Deductibles, discussing Medical and cosmetic procedures, as well as being very knowledgeable about skincare products.
They will need to have back office medical assistant skill and will be assisting provider on a daily basis with minor procedures, cosmetics and scribing.
Applicant must be able to multi-task, be reliable, organized, and have an outgoing personality.
Salary is extremely competitive plus commission on product sales.
