Roofan AlSayegh MD PC Roofan AlSayegh MD PC West Hills, CA West Hills, CA Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $18 - $21 an hour $18 - $21 an hour 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform data entry tasks, such as updating customer information and processing orders - Manage office supplies and inventory - Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations Experience - Proficient in using Google Suite applications, such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments - Familiarity with order entry systems or software - Knowledge of general office management procedures and practices - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
